This is the famous Gotcha bonefish fly.  Tied with tan fox fur and barred hackle on a super sharp Gamagatsu SL113H 3x heavy saltwater hook.  Medium lead dumbell eyes.  While this pattern was designed for oi'o, it will catch anything that eats small crustaceans.
