This is my version of Bob Popovic's famous Semper Fleye.  Feathers feathered tail tied in the round for great movement.  Natural Black Premium Whiting Saddle feathers for the tail and UV Black Schlappen for the head.  A bit of flash in the tail.  Tied on a Mustad 34007S 2x Strong 4/0 hook.
