This is a Claus Ericson's Patergrissen pattern adapted for tropical waters utilizing stronger, heavier hooks and tied to slowly sink.  Great movement due to the unique characteristic of the feathers used for this. These Spey feathers have incredible movement that attract all sorts of fish. Spey feathers are a special breed of chicken.   Counterwrapped and resined "tail" makes for a durable lure.
